Very helpful people!

Worst calling center ever… waited more than 50 minutes and when someone finally picked the phone, even though I requested to speak in German, a worker speaking only Turkish answered, and was very unpleasant, she could not even transfer me to a colleague, so I had to call again! 😡 and wait 30 more minutes in the line!!! …
We had made an appointment and called in advance to find out more about the documents we needed (although they can never be reached by phone).
After 250 kilometers away we were still sent back because a piece of paper was missing (although these days you can send it in later by email or post).
Employees were also unfriendly except for the man downstairs
Every time problems arise and people are sent back and the telephone is only set up for decoration
Zero stars!!
Thank you very much everyone. I'm glad to have you. I feel at home when I come here

We literally came from a distance and were sent back through the door!! I don't understand how the employees here work in this style. No one can be reached via phone number. What kind of system is this? How happy is the person who says he is a Turk, but I am glad that I became a German citizen because of you.
Had two different appointments on the same day and they went really well. I can't speak perfect Turkish, but the staff were really nice and friendly. Only the waiting time was relatively long, even though I had appointments.
As a tip: take all documents with you and have cash with you
Turkish consulate, where waiting times become a form of time travel. The employees master the art of unprofessional behavior with flying colors and like to talk down to themselves. It would be perfect if everything could be done online so you don't have to waste any more time in this run-down building!
